YC Edge
GET AHEAD
Aspiration, expectation and entitlement is our mantra and is the guiding principle in setting out the ‘Yeovil Edge’ concept.
Yeovil Edge is bespoke to Yeovil College and it has been designed to enable students to get ahead and differentiate themselves within a crowded marketplace.
YC Edge encompasses enrichment activities that develop high aspirations, confidence, resilience and encourage a healthy lifestyle, as well as supporting students to become well-rounded members of society, confident to progress into their intended career or university destination.
Through Edge, we support our students to develop the underpinning knowledge and self-worth needed to be successful in work and life, whilst developing the mind-set of ‘to expect more, is to achieve more’.
- Feeling Valued
- Achieving More
- Stretching Ambition
- Maximising Potential
- Community Spirited
- Future Ready
Enrichment & College Sport
