Yeovil College is incredibly easy to reach, thanks to its central location right at the heart of the town. Whether you’re arriving on foot, by bike, bus, or car, the campus sits within a well‑connected network of routes that make travelling simple and stress‑free.

When thinking about Travel, are you a Carbon Cutter? Yeovil College’s Carbon Cutters initiative is all about taking practical, everyday steps to protect our planet. From choosing greener travel options to reducing waste and cutting energy use across campus, we’re committed to lowering our carbon footprint and inspiring our community to do the same.

We’re positioned near to Yeovil District Hospital, just off the round about, with an entrance from Mudford Road.

Please note, due to ongoing site redevelopment, the Ilchester Road (the A37) entrance is not accessible. All students will need to use the main entrance via Mudford Road (the A39). To facilitate traffic flow and fully meet accessibility needs during ongoing building works, we encourage students to use the designated drop off zones. On entering the campus via Mudford Road, take your first left into Kingston Car Park and follow the signs for drop offs. Alternatively, you can use the designated walkway across the campus from Mudford Road. For car owners some parking is available as well as designated parking for blue badge holders. After entering the campus, take the first left into Kingston Car Park and park in the immediate bays. There continues to be a designated drop off area signposted within the Kingston Car Park which has a weather proof shelter nearby.

We have a limited number of onsite parking spaces at Yeovil College, available on a first‑come, first‑served basis for just £2 per day. If you’re planning to drive, we recommend arriving early to secure a space.

To help reduce congestion, lower costs, and support our sustainability goals, we actively encourage car sharing. Travelling together not only cuts your fuel spend, it also reduces your carbon footprint and helps free up parking for those who need it most. It’s a simple way to make your journey more social, more affordable, and more environmentally friendly.
