Car Parking

We have a limited number of onsite parking spaces at Yeovil College, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Onsite parking is available at Yeovil College, but is very limited.

There is a cost of £1 per day, for the full day, between 9am-4pm Monday-Friday, term time only.

Parking FAQs

The College car parks are managed by an external company called TPS (Total Parking Solutions) and the charge for parking is £1 per day, regardless of the length of time you are on site.

Charges apply Monday – Friday between 9am – 4pm, term-time only.

No concessions for blue badge holders (except Yeovil College staff), payment as per tariff.

Failure to register your vehicle correctly and/or pay for your parking may result in a Parking Charge Notice of £60 (reduced to £30 if paid within 14 days). Parking charges are to be paid within 28 days or additional charges will be added by TPS. All matters relating to parking charge notices should be referred to TPS.

There is an option for students to park on campus at Yeovil College at a charge of £1 per day.

However, parking spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking can be extremely busy on certain days in college, so parking is not guaranteed.

There is no priority given to staff, students, nor visitors, meaning availability is fair, but it remains limited.

You may only park at Yeovil College if you are a registered permit holder for your vehicle.

The College car parks are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

 

You can register your vehicle via the College main reception. Once registered, you will need to ensure you have paid for your parking.

Parking is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are visiting a specific member of staff, then they have the opportunity to reserve you a car parking space, from our limited number of visitor spaces.

If you are a visitor, you can register your vehicle at an appropriate College reception ranging from Nexus, Da Vinci, Sports Hall and Reception. You will need to ensure you are registered upon arrival.

Once registered, you will need to ensure you have paid for your parking.

Pay and Display

Depending upon which car park you are in*, you’ll either be able to pay via cash or card. Once you’ve paid, you’ll need to display your ticket either on top of your dashboard or securely in your front windscreen where it’s clearly visible.

You can use the RingGo App (via App Store or Google Play) or pay online via RingGo.co.uk.

Additional charges (15p each) apply when using RingGo.
