Course Overview
This programme covers all the fundamental skills to become a junior stylist. During your programme you will learn shampoo and conditioning, consultation and customer service, hair styling and dressing, cutting, colouring and reception, along with other additional training.
Work Experience & Industry Placements
This is not a requirement of the programme but is recommended.
Qualification Gained
Level 2 Diploma in Hairdressing Studies.
After The Course
You can work in industry as a stylist in a salon or become a self-employed mobile hairdresser.
What Will I Learn
You will learn how to provide consultations, follow health and safety, promote products and services, complete basic haircuts, shampoo and condition the hair and scalp, style and dress hair, colour hair using a variety of techniques and customer services.
English And Maths
A good knowledge of English and Maths will help you complete the work on this course.
