What could be better to get you in the Christmas spirt than learning how to create delicious festive foods under the guidance of our Professional Chef Lecturer.
The Christmas baking and chocolate masterclass will teach you the skills to enable you to produce a variety of bakes and Christmas confectionery. The preparation and cookery skills you learn can be replicated in your home kitchen using seasonal ingredients.

The topics that will be covered include:

  • Mince Pies
  • Gingerbread
  • Petit Fours - Fudge, Florentines, Honeycomb
  • Christmas Desserts
  • Tempering Chocolate - Salted Caramel Ganache, Handmade Chocolates

Qualification Gained

This is a 'just for fun' course, there is no qualification associated.

After The Course

This is a masterclass course that will set you up for years of creative Christmas baking and chocolatiering. This might help you to start a new side business or ignite your passion for creative baking. Our Lecturers

The course is taught by our Professional Chef Lecturer and Chocolatier.

Teaching Learning and Assessment

This practical course is held in our professional kitchens. You will have plenty of time to familiarise yourself with tools, techniques and equipment in a supported environment.

Course Expenses

Course Cost £150
All ingredients and equipment will be provided.
Students should bring their own apron and a box each week to take home products produced.

Entry Requirements

This course is open to anyone with an interest in Baking and learning the Art of Tempering Chocolate.
