Yeovil College Hosts Second Open Event of the Academic Year – Showcasing £60M Campus Transformation
Yeovil College will open its doors for the second Open Event of the academic year on Thursday 20th November, 5:00pm to 7:30pm, welcoming prospective students, parents, and adult learners to explore its rapidly evolving campus and educational offer.
This event provides a unique opportunity to:
- Explore all courses on offer – A Levels, T Levels, Vocational Qualifications, Apprenticeships, University-Level programmes
- Meet lecturers and course teams across all subject areas
- Take part in interactive taster sessions
- Tour newly developed facilities, including the state-of-the-art Sports Centre, and an early view of the new Construction Innovation Centre.
- Experience VR technology demonstrations
- Hear directly from Principal & CEO, Mark Bolton, and College Senior Leaders.
Yeovil College offers a wide range of pathways including A Levels, T Levels, Apprenticeships, University-Level courses, and Vocational Qualifications.
The event is particularly valuable for Year 11 students considering post-16 options and adult learners exploring professional or degree-level study.
This Open Event also marks a milestone in Yeovil College’s ambitious £60+ million Big Build project, which includes the development of a Sports Centre, Construction Centre, a Hydrogen Lab, and a new Teaching Centre – all part of a bold vision to fully transform the campus by 2027.
