The information that you give us

To maintain our Alumni network we collect and hold the following information about you: name, address, date of birth, sibling details, former school, positions and interests held at school and reports.

The uses made of your personal information 

We will use your information to manage and administer our Alumni network. This will include: distribution of marketing information, updates about the College, good news stories and staying in touch about your successes. 

The legal basis on which we collect and use your personal information 

Generally, the information is processed on the basis of your consent. 

How long we keep your personal information. 

We will retain the information indefinitely/for as long as the College exists within its current format. 

How we share your personal information.

We may also share your personal information with third parties who provide services to the College: 

Corporate Document Services (CDS): to manage, print and distribute direct marketing information in the form of leaflets, postcards or brochures. You will receive this information only if you have opted in to receive it.  

Royal Mail: to distribute direct marketing information, door-to-door. 

We do not store or transfer your personal data outside Europe.
