YEOVIL COLLEGE SECURES TOP 50 PLACE FOR DIVERSITY FOR SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR

We are thrilled to announce that Yeovil College has been ranked within the top 50 employers in the esteemed National Centre for Diversity (NCFD) ‘Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index 2024.’ 

Achieving the 49th position, Yeovil College stands among a select group of elite UK-wide colleges recognised for their unwavering commitment to Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement (FREDIE). This accolade highlights our dedication to embedding these values at the heart of our college community. 

The official report commended Yeovil College for its exemplary practices within the sector. The College adeptly navigated the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, adapting its learning delivery and providing robust wellbeing support to both learners and staff. 

With a wide array of offerings, including apprenticeships, vocational training, and Higher Education, Yeovil College plays a pivotal role in its local community. The discussions held underscored the college’s significant impact.
