Course Overview
The most important part of the role is developing fantastic ‘hospitality
skills and knowledge such as recognising customer needs, knowing how to match
them to the products and services of the business and working as part of a
team.
Work Experience & Industry Placements
You train in your work place and at college attending regular classes and master classes

Level 2 Food Safety (If applicable to pathway choosen)
After The Course
Level 2 Commis chef apprenticeship.

Entry Requirements
You will require a Grade 3 in English and Maths as a
minimum in order to gain entry to the Level 2 Production chef apprenticeship. If
you hold a grade 3 you will be required to work towards your level 2 functional
skills during your apprenticeship. You will also be required to complete a
skills scan and initial assessment. You require a placement with an employer in
a relatable field to your apprenticeship.
