Food & Beverage Team Member - L2 Apprenticeship - (Starting between August 2025 and July 2026)
Course Overview
The most important part of the role is developing fantastic ‘hospitality skills and knowledge such as recognising customer needs, knowing how to match them to the products and services of the business and working as part of a team.

Progression to Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship.

Entry Requirements
You will require a Grade 3 in English and Maths as a minimum in order to gain entry to the Level 2 food and beverage team member apprenticeship. If you hold a grade 3 you will be required to work towards your level 2 functional skills during your apprenticeship. You will also be required to complete a skills scan and initial assessment. You require a placement with an employer in a relatable field to your apprenticeship.
