Course Overview
This qualification prepares learners to become Early Years Educators, enabling them to work with children from birth to 5 years and gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years.

After The Course
Upon achievement of this qualification learners will gain their licence to practice and it is intended that learners will be able to enter the workforce as Early Years Educators. Learners can progress into various job roles including: Practitioner in a nursery school or day nursery, Pre School worker, Reception class practitioner.
What Will I Learn
The qualification is formed of mandatory and optional units. The mandatory units cover core competencies, while the optional units allow learners to choose from a variety of areas to tailor the qualification to their needs and interests, and to reflect the context of their work.

Tutorials
An assessor will conduct 1:1 meetings on a monthly basis during your apprenticeship.
How Will I Be Assessed
Work Based Learning assessment enables the learner’s workplace practice to provide evidence for individual units, as well as the whole qualification through a portfolio of evidence.
Entry Requirements
A relevant Level 2 qualification and level 2 Functional Skills Math's & English or GCSE Math's & English at 4 or above.
