With growing global and media interest in issues such as climate change and
tectonic hazard mitigation, geography is one of the most relevant courses you
could choose to study. Some topics studied will be familiar from GCSE studies
whereas others will be new and focussing on current issues covered in the news
and social media. It’s not all theory - you’ll have the opportunity to visit
places of geographic interest and roll up your sleeves with some
fieldwork!
