This course is for those wishing to develop on their previous Level 2 qualification and wish to take their food service skills to a supervisory level.

What Will I Learn
You will learn a range of skills that will help you plan and supervise others in the restaurant environment. You will be able to further develop your service skills, plan and implement rota systems and work alongside chefs to plan events of every type.
English And Maths
You may be required to attend English and Maths classes as part of your study programme.

Teaching Learning and Assessment
You will be taught in a range of different settings and complete both practical and theory based activities. You will be assessed on your abilities at regular intervals throughout your course. Entry Requirements
Level 2 Food and Beverage Service qualification or industry experience at an equivalent level.
Required Experience
Previous industry experience or a qualification at level 2.
