Course Overview
The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality
products and services to the customers. You may be the first point of contact
and work in any sector or organisation type. You will influence the customer
experience and their satisfaction by demonstrating excellent customer service
skills, behaviours and knowledge. Your customer interactions may cover a wide
range of situations and can include; face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text
and social media.
Work Experience & Industry Placements
Industry related employment required.

Apprenticeship in Customer Service Level 2
After The Course
Upon completion of the apprenitceship you can progress to a Level 3 porgramme as a Customer Service Specialist, Team Leader or Retail Team Leader
What Will I Learn
As a customer service practitioner you will learn skills, knowledge and behaviours that allow you to:- • be able to use appropriate systems and resources to enable you to deliver consistent customer service interactions. • build your product and service knowledge whilst meeting various regulations and legislation. • be open to feedback that enable you to develop yourself and your organisational skills.
English And Maths
Apprentices will be required to have or achieve level 1 English and Maths and to have taken level 2 English and Maths tests prior to completion of their Apprenticeship.

How Will I Be Assessed
Your on programme learning will be monitored by your assessor and employer. You are required to build a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate what you do and how you do it. You will be observed in your workplace and profressional discussions will take place to prepare you for end point assessment. Your overall compentency will be agreed prior to end point assessment taking place.
Entry Requirements
You need at least two GCSEs at grade 4 (C), including English Language. If you do not have GCSE Maths at grade 4 (C), you will complete Level 2 Functional Skills. You will need to be employed in a relevant workplace and have the support of your line manager/employer to complete the 20% off the job training requirements
