This Christmas baking course with expert Chocolate masterclass will teach you the skills to enable you to produce a variety of bakes and Christmas goodies including chocolates and candies. The preparation and cookery skills you learn can be replicated in your home kitchen throughout the year using all sorts of other seasonal ingredients. The creativity will come from you. Topics that will be covered include • Mince Pies • Petits Fours – Fudge, Peanut Brittle, Honeycomb • Christmas Desserts • Tempering Chocolate – Praline, Handmade Chocolate
