What Will I Learn
The diploma qualification is formed of mandatory and optional units. The mandatory units cover core competencies, while the optional units allow learners to choose from a variety of areas to tailor the qualification to their needs and interests, and to reflect the context of their work. The adult care worker standard is composed of 3 components; knowledge, behaviors and skills.
English And Maths
Learners will need to study and complete L1 or 2 Functional Skills English & Maths as part of this qualification

Tutorials
An assessor will conduct 1:1 meetings on a monthly basis during your apprenticeship. Support is also provided through your e-portfolio.
How Will I Be Assessed
Work Based Learning assessment enables the learner’s workplace practice to provide evidence towards individual units, as well as the whole qualification through a portfolio of evidence.
