Adult Courses Application Process
We offer a range of courses for adult learners from a variety of backgrounds.
COMPLETE YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION
Complete your application form online or via hardcopy from the back of the full-time prospectus. Online is both quicker and easier for you and you’ll receive and instant response from us.
For most of our adult courses, the next step is the interview, but this is a very informal process. We want to have a chat about your strengths and career ambitions. Be prepared to talk about yourself, and even bring along some examples of work if relevant to your course. It’s important to us that we give you an offer for the right course at the right level. For some of our adult courses, including some of our very short programmes, there is not an interview stage in this process.
You will be offered a place at Yeovil College. This might be an unconditional offer or a conditional offer depending upon the achievement of certain exam results. Let us know that you’d like to accept this offer – drop us an email, give us a call or complete the paper acceptance form.

You may be interested in applying for some of the bursaries and grants that we offer which will support you with some of the costs associated with coming to college, such as travel.

IT’S TIME TO ENROL
In August, or close to the start of your programme, you’ll be asked to pop into College to officially enrol. This will involve the completion of some paperwork, and making sure we have all of the information we need for you to officially become a Yeovil College student and member of our College community.
