Yeovil College is opening its doors once again on Thursday 16th January, from 5pm to 7pm, and is inviting potential students for their first Open Event of the new year.
Yeovil College is excited to announce the opening of their campus for their third Open Event of the academic year. Visitors will have the further opportunity to explore more about A Levels, T Levels, Vocational Qualifications, Apprenticeships and Yeovil College’s University Centre provision.
Industry expert lecturers and support staff will be on hand to support future students with any questions they have about their next steps and career journeys. You will have the chance throughout the evening to take a detailed tour of the extraordinary campus and explore UK leading facilities and cutting-edge technology; dive into the world of learning with immersive taster sessions in a variety of different curriculum areas; meet the Principal & CEO, Mark Bolton, and his senior team, and listen to his inspiring Principal’s presentation.

Experience different subjects with immersive taster sessions designed to give you an insight of the extraordinary learning that takes place at Yeovil College.
The college campus has seen lots of improvements over the last year and they are boasting the success. They formally opened their cutting-edge, state-of-the-art Construction Centre and Automotive Skills Centre, following a £2.2 million investment from T Level funding and self-reinvestment; officially launched the pioneering Yeovil Institute of Sport (YIS), a groundbreaking initiative that will elevate sports education and athletic training to new heights in the region; and are well underway with their development for the campus after securing £50 million worth of funding to build an even more extraordinary college.
