Long term progression can lead to Level 4 and above qualifications in HR, Leadership and Management and Business.
What Will I Learn
- How organisations work – including structure, roles, responsibilities and how their job contributes to business performance.
- Workplace rules and regulations – such as GDPR, confidentiality, safeguarding, and organisational policies.
- The wider business environment – including technology, sustainability, ethics, and corporate social responsibility.
- Diversity, equality and inclusion – and how this impacts workplace behaviour and decision-making.
- Digital tools and systems – including spreadsheets, databases, communication platforms and cloud-based systems.
- Data handling and record keeping – how to store, retrieve and manage information securely and accurately.
- Communication methods – both written (emails, letters, reports) and verbal (meetings, phone calls, presentations).
- Time management and workload planning – tools and techniques to meet deadlines effectively.
- Quality assurance and continuous improvement – including how feedback and processes improve work outcomes.
- Health, safety and security – including online safety, workplace risks and protecting digital information.

Teaching Learning and Assessment
Assessment is done with a portfolio of evidence that is collated in the workplace. This is overseen by the assessor and then used as part of the end point assessment.
The end point assessment will be a sequence of assessments with an End point organisation.
Support is given to all apprentices.
