ID Badges & Lanyards

You must wear your ID card at all times.

Spot checks are regularly carried out to ensure all students are visibly wearing their ID badges and lanyard at all times when on campus. All Yeovil College staff are encouraged to challenge anyone not visibly wearing their ID badge/lanyard on campus, these measures are in place for your safety and the safety of our campus.

If you lose your ID badge then you will need a replacement. To obtain this go to the Finance Office to pay £2.00 and then to the Information Desk in Reception to receive your replacement badge.

If you have left your ID badge/lanyard at home and you live locally, you will be asked to retrieve it before being allowed back onto campus, alternatively, if you have forgotten your ID badge/lanyard and you travel to the College by bus or do not live in close proximity, you will have to purchase a temporary ID card/lanyard.

To obtain this go to the Finance Office to pay a £1.00 deposit and then to the Information Desk in Reception to receive your temporary ID badge, please note, this temporary ID badge is only valid of 1 day and will need to be handed back into the Information Desk at the end of the day. Your £1.00 deposit will be returned to you.
