Retail Team Leader - Level 3 Apprenticeship (Starting between August 2020 and July 2021)

The Retailer Team Leader apprenticeship is designed for any team leader/supervisors currently working in a retail environment. You should have responsibility for supporting and coordinating a team to complete tasks, identifying and exploring opportunities that drive sales, ensuring team members maintain business standards in relation to merchandising, service and promotional activities, in line with procedures.
How Will I Be Assessed
This duration of this apprenticeship is 15-18 months depending on experience and job role. You will have a dedicated Assessor who will work with you and your employer through face to face visits and online reviews. At the end of the programme you will be appointed an independent end point assessor who will assess your knowledge, skills and behaviours. This is through a multiple choice test, professional discussion and by undertaking a business project with a presentation. Learning is supported by online resources, workbooks and tutorial sessions.
Employers will set their own entry requirements for this apprenticeship and all potential apprentices will be subject to an application and interview process. You will need to have achieved or undertake during the apprenticeship, English and Maths functional skills at level 2.
