Business and Administration - Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship (Starting between August 2020 and July 2021)

This qualification develops knowledge and skills needed to work in a business administration role. It provides learners with a range of business and administrative skills such as collating and reporting data, organising business travel and accommodation storing, retrieving and archiving information, managing diary systems and providing reception services.
Work Experience & Industry Placements
Industry related employment required.

After The Course
Depending on your organisations needs, learners can progress onto Level 3 Business and Administration, Customer Service, Accountancy, Team Leading, Marketing, Law, HR or Managament
What Will I Learn
The course allows learners to develop their knowledge and understanding of business environments and the main principles of business. With support you will learn how to undertake administrative tasks which are applicable to your industry/sector. You will build working relationships and increase your communication skills with internal and extermal stakeholders.
English And Maths
Apprentices will be required to have or achieve level 1 English and Maths and to have taken level 2 English and Maths tests prior to completion of their Apprenticeship.

How Will I Be Assessed
Your on programme learning will be monitored by your assessor and employer. You will have access to the E-Portfolio platform to enable you to build a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate your competence against mandatory units and your chosen optional units. Assessment visits will be carried out in the workplace where you will receive feedback on your performance and completed work
You need at least two GCSEs at grade 4 (C), including English Language. If you do not have GCSE Maths at grade 4 (C), you will complete Level 2 Functional Skills. You will need to be employed in a relevant workplace and have the support of your line manager/employer to complete the 20% off the job training requirements
