Architectural Joiner - Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship

Course Overview

To undertake this apprenticeship you will need to employed and working alongside a qualified Joiner. You will complete a two year apprenticeship, attending college one day per week during term time. This course will ensure you’ll learn skills that can set you on your path to a career in the carpentry/joiner industry. You’ll be working with the latest technologies producing architectural products, such as doors, windows, units and staircases. Throughout the qualification you will undertake a series of exams and practical assessments. On successful completion of the qualification you will move on to complete an end point assessment.

NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Wood Occupations – Architectural Joinery

After The Course

On success completion of this qualification you can progress on to a level 3 apprenticeship in Architectural Joiner

English And Maths

If you do not already hold an English or Maths qualification equivalent to level 1 you, will undertake this as part of your apprenticeship and also show evidence of working towards a level two qualification in M&E

Course Expenses

£100 which includes your PPE and a resources kit.

Entry Requirements

To have an apprenticeship with a carpenter that will meet the requirements of the qualification. You must also have a E / 2 grade at GCSE or Equivalent qualification.

Required Experience

No experience is necessary as working with your employer and attending college will ensure you gain the necessary experiment.
