Title and Level: Spanish Beginners

Introduction
This course equips you with the language necessary to deal with a range of situations you may encounter while travelling in Spanish speaking countries. Listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are developed over a range of topics including; travel, accomodation, food and drink, shopping and services and emergencies.

Thursdays 18:00 - 20:00 for 30 weeks.

Spanish Intermediate course

How will I be assessed?
The course is assessed by a series of 'practical exercises' at strategic points in the year covering all four skills. Some consolidation exercises and reflective activities are encouraged as homework, approximately one hour per week. There is no final exam.

Course Contents
You will be practising the four language skills, speaking, reading, listening and writing. Work will be split between pair work, group work and use of audio and video tapes.

Course fees: £226.00 (£38.00 if you are in receipt of certain benefits)
One course text book is required.
