Welcome to the Nexus Beauty Salon at Yeovil College. All treatments will be carried out by expert trainees, who are supervised by very experienced and fully qualified staff. We use a wide range of professional products such as Environ skincare, the Hara range, O.P.I nail care and Jane Iredale Mineral Make-up range. We also have a retail section within the salon so you can purchase products to use at home.

Nexus Beauty Salon - Training

The training salon offers an extensive range of professional treatments including facials; waxing; manicures and pedicures; electrical facials and body treatments. Come in and pamper yourself in our fully equipped salon and have a unique experience. We welcome students, lecturers, business support staff and outside clients.

Our beauty training leads to qualifications accredited by the Vocational Training Charitable Trust (VTCT). These are National and Scottish Vocational Qualifications in Beauty Therapy confirming your competence in a wide range of International standard skills, to put you on the pathway to professional success.

ITEC (formally known as the International Therapy Examination Council) is an international examination board, operating in over 33 countries worldwide.  It works to ensure that its courses give the required level of knowledge and skill needed for a practicing therapist
