Are you an Employer looking for the right Apprentice?

Apprenticeships are work-based training programmes designed around employer needs.  They combine on-the-job training and College-based learning and support.  Apprenticeships are a fantastic way to train both new employees and upskill your current workforce, recognising  and improving skills leading to increased motivation and innovation in the workplace.  They are also a proven way of ensuring you have the practical skills and qualifications you need now and for the future, addressing any skill gaps and encouraging new approaches and techniques in the workplace so you can keep up with customer expectations and demand.

Yeovil College's Employer Engagement team is on hand to help you identify a suitable Apprenticeship qualification and match potential Apprentices to the role. Throughout the Apprenticeship, a Training Coordinator will work with you, carrying out regular progress reviews with you and your Apprentice.  We were proud to be rated 'Outstanding' during our last Ofsted inspection for our partnership working.
