This is an ideal qualification for entry into a career in management. This Apprenticeship will take 2 years to complete, with knowledge-based units that includes Managing Team Performance, Principles of People Management, Principles of Business, Principles of Leadership and Management and Managing Personal and Professional Development. Full support given by monthly sessions with your Assessor and regular reviews with your employer.
You must have GCSE's at 4 (C) Grades in Math's and English and you will be required to complete level 2 ICT Functional Skills. Team-Leading Level 2, or prior experience in a managerial role is desirable.
Section Manager, first line manager, trainee manager, senior supervisor. With additional training, advanced apprentices may be able to progress in their careers to roles including middle and senior manager including the level 5 Management Apprenticeship.
